Equipment
Player Equipment (Required)
All players must arrive with the appropriate safety gear to ensure a fun and protected playing experience. Each player must have a CSA-approved hockey helmet with full facial protection, hockey gloves, athletic support (jock or jill), soccer-style shin guards, running shoes, and a wood or composite stick. A mouth guard is strongly recommended to provide added protection.
Goalie Equipment (Required)
Goaltenders must be properly equipped for their position. Required items include a CSA-approved goalie mask or hockey helmet with full facial protection, goalie pads, and running shoes. Hockey pants and a mouth guard are recommended to increase comfort and safety.
Equipment Not Allowed
For safety reasons, certain equipment is not permitted in our league. Players may not wear shoulder pads, hard hockey elbow pads, hard hockey shin guards, street-hockey style goalie masks, or use push-on plastic stick blades.
Additional Notes
The league supplies jerseys for all players, and goalie equipment is available for anyone who does not have their own. Players must bring their own shorts or pants. Shin guards must be fully covered by socks, and if elbow pads are worn, they must remain fully covered by the jersey
